About Me
My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery. Over eight years supporting global enterprise teams, I have learned that great analytics is not just about dashboards — it is about asking the right questions, earning stakeholder trust, and building systems that grow with the business.
I am currently a Senior IT Knowledge Reporting & Tools Analyst at Paychex — a global SaaS HCM and payroll platform — where I design and deliver enterprise BI solutions for Finance, Operations, and HR Analytics teams. Before that, I spent two years at ABB Global building travel and transportation analytics using SAP Concur across a complex multi-division industrial environment.
My approach blends collaboration with structure: I engage stakeholders early to deeply understand their needs, then systematically translate ambiguous requirements into automated workflows that reduce manual effort and drive transparency across high-stakes decisions.
Right now I am focused on the shift from traditional reporting to intelligent analytics — exploring how Agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous workflows can make data systems not just reactive, but genuinely proactive.
Automation & Governance
In recent roles I have delivered measurable outcomes — not estimates:
- 300+ hours of reporting automation — replacing manual monthly processes with scheduled, self-refreshing pipelines
- 35% improvement in reporting efficiency — through SQL optimisation and Power BI dashboard automation
- 40% reduction in data processing time — via optimised ETL pipelines and data mapping
- 100% documentation compliance — through a self-introduced Quarterly Review Framework covering naming conventions, data dictionaries, and validation checks
I have worked across IT services, travel analytics, and enterprise SaaS platforms — supporting global teams across high-stakes business environments.
What I Believe
- Data without context is just noise — the insight is what matters
- Governance is not bureaucracy — it is what makes analytics trustworthy
- The best dashboards answer questions before they are asked
- AI will not replace analytical thinking — it will amplify it
- Continuous learning is not optional in this field — it is survival
